Friedrich A. Hayek’s “The Road to Serfdom” in Cartoons

In 1944, Friedrich A. Hayek’s The Road to Serfdom rocked the English-speaking world. The book argued that there can be no political or civil liberty without economic liberty as a first principle. The following cartoon version of the great work was originally published in Look magazine in 1948. It essentializes the message, in a format that is easily, and quickly enjoyed.  I converted it into a Powerpoint presentation, which you can download using the following link:
